How do I change my password?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Security tab. Enter your current password and your new password, then click Change Password. If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset it via email.
How do I update my profile?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Profile tab. You can update your display name and email address. If you change your email, you'll need to re-verify the new address before it takes effect.
Why is my account unverified?
After registration, we send a verification email to your address. You need to click the link in that email to verify your account. Unverified accounts have limited access (you can't create URLs). Check your spam folder if you didn't receive it, or request a new email from the login page.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone and click Delete Account. You'll need to provide a reason and confirm your password. Account deletion is scheduled for 30 days by default - during this period you can cancel the deletion. After 30 days, all your data including URLs and analytics is permanently removed.
Can I cancel a scheduled account deletion?
Yes. If you've scheduled your account for deletion and change your mind, log back in within the deletion window and click Cancel Deletion in your Settings or on the dashboard banner. Your account will be fully restored.
