Frequently Asked Questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades are queued until the end of your current billing period so you keep your full quota.
What happens when I reach my URL limit?
Existing links continue to work, but you won't be able to create new ones until you upgrade or a new billing period starts.
What happens when tracked clicks run out?
Your links still redirect normally - only detailed analytics stop recording. Your total click counter always increments.
Do my links expire?
Free and Starter links never expire. Pro plan links expire after 90 days by default, but you can set a custom expiration date or clear it entirely. Bulk and Enterprise links never expire by default.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards through our secure Authorize.net payment processor.
How does the API work?
All plans include API access with Bearer token authentication. Generate API keys from your dashboard and use our REST API to shorten URLs programmatically.
