What plans are available?

HidURL offers Free, Starter, Pro, Bulk, and Enterprise plans with increasing URL limits, analytics, API access, and rate limits. See the pricing page for the full comparison. All paid plans can be billed monthly or yearly (yearly saves ~20%).

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Dashboard → Billing and click Upgrade Plan or Change Plan. Select your desired plan, enter your payment details, and confirm. Your new plan activates immediately and you'll receive a confirmation email.

How do I downgrade my plan?

Go to Dashboard → Billing and click Change Plan, then select a lower-tier plan. Your current plan stays active until the end of your billing period - you keep all paid features until then. On the next renewal date, your account automatically switches to the new plan and you are charged the lower amount. You will receive a confirmation email when the downgrade is scheduled, and another when it takes effect.

What happens to my URLs when I downgrade?

Your existing URLs are never deleted when you downgrade. However, if your new plan has a lower monthly URL limit, you won't be able to create new links once you reach that limit. Features tied to your old plan (such as detailed analytics or link editing) will stop working after the plan switches, but all your data is retained.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Billing and click Cancel Subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan - your URLs and data are preserved, but paid features are disabled.

Where can I find my invoices?

Go to Dashboard → Billing and scroll to the Invoices section. Each invoice shows the amount, date, plan, and status. Click the eye icon to view a full invoice or the download icon to save it as a PDF.

What payment methods are accepted?

HidURL accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Authorize.Net, a secure payment processor. We do not store your card details - they are handled entirely by Authorize.Net.
